Det gjordes s\u00e4rskilt p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren och f\u00f6rsommaren, n\u00e4r spannm\u00e5lsf\u00f6rr\u00e5den h\u00f6ll p\u00e5 att ta slut.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maria Stahl har ber\u00e4ttat f\u00f6r sitt barnbarn att potatis trivdes mycket bra i R\u00e5g\u00f6arnas jord \u2013 stenarna h\u00f6ll v\u00e4rmen och sk\u00f6rdarna blev rikliga.&#13;\nPotatisbr\u00f6det h\u00f6ll sig f\u00e4rskt l\u00e4ngre, var mjukare och saftigare \u00e4n vanligt r\u00e5gbr\u00f6d. Det var praktiskt att baka en st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngd p\u00e5 en g\u00e5ng \u2013 ett bra br\u00f6d att ta med till arbetet under l\u00e5nga dagar.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Receptet nedan \u00e4r en bearbetad version av en beskrivning ur Per S\u00f6derb\u00e4cks bok R\u00e5g\u00f6borna. Vid \u00f6nskem\u00e5l kan mj\u00f6lsorterna varieras, eller s\u00e5 kan man anv\u00e4nda surdeg.
