D\u00e4rf\u00f6r var den dagliga kosten mycket enkel och bestod av r\u00e4tter som gick snabbt att tillaga. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inf\u00f6r h\u00f6gtider tog man sig \u00e4nd\u00e5 tid och \u00e4gnade sig \u00e5t mer tidskr\u00e4vande recept. Receptet h\u00e4rstammar fr\u00e5n en estnisk kvinna som i sin ungdom arbetade som tj\u00e4nsteflicka i en rik bondg\u00e5rd p\u00e5 Orms\u00f6 \u2013 jag har f\u00e5tt det via hennes barnbarns make. Arbeta snabbt, annars kan de f\u00f6rsta bli s\u00f6nderkokta.<br\/>Koka i ca 5 minuter och h\u00e4ll av i en sk\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c4ggt\u00e4cke:<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 stor msk sm\u00f6r<br\/>5 stora \u00e4gg<br\/>0,25 tsk salt<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en stekpanna och tills\u00e4tt deg\u00e4ggen under f\u00f6rsiktig omr\u00f6rning.<br\/>Kn\u00e4ck de r\u00e5a \u00e4ggen i en sk\u00e5l och vispa med saltet.<br\/>H\u00e4ll \u00e4ggblandningen \u00f6ver deg\u00e4ggen och l\u00e5t p\u00e5 svag v\u00e4rme tills t\u00e4cket stelnar och omsluter dem.<\/p>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Den f\u00e4rdiga \u00e4ggsoppan:<\/h5>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">0,5 l komj\u00f6lk<br\/>0,5 l vatten<br\/>0,25 tsk salt<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e4tt soppv\u00e4tskan p\u00e5 spisen och l\u00e5t koka upp.<br\/>Koka ca 5 minuter och tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ggen med t\u00e4cket.<br\/>Som modern variant kan man tills\u00e4tta nymalen peppar och \u00f6rter efter smak.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* originalstavning bevarad<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00f6rr var livet p\u00e5 landsbygden intensivt, och \u00e4ven kvinnorna p\u00e5 Orms\u00f6 beh\u00f6vde vid sidan av alla andra sysslor hitta tid f\u00f6r att laga mat \u00e5t familjen.
